- You can request an exchange & return by sending us an email at b.aapparels@gmail.com along with your Order Number. Product can only be exchanged from the B&A Apparels within 07 days from the date of purchase. Please note that the product must be unused and unaltered with the price label intact along with the purchase receipt/invoice.
- Products purchased on sale or during promotions cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded.
- Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photo-shoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from Pictures, therefore products cannot be exchange for this reason.
- Exchange or refund of any product will take place, if the product has any manufacturing defect.
